2021 UK Local Elections

On May 6th 2021, the UK (excluding Northern Ireland) will go to the polls for the largest set of local elections ever. This website is covering the elections for the Scottish Parliament, Welsh Parliament, London Assembly, directly elected Mayors in England, and Police and Crime Commissioner elections in England and Wales.

There are also elections for all County Councils, and a number of Metropolitan Borough Councils, and District Councils. There is also a Westminster by-election in Hartlepool, and another one a week after in Airdrie and Shotts.

For the Scottish Parliament, Welsh Parliament, and London Assembly, PollCat is doing its own forecasts for each seat. This is based on a average of the latest polling that is adjusted for each seat based on how they have been trending since the last election.
